Education
Education is a basic human right. No nation can prosper without education. Therefore, education is called the backbone of the nation. As the saying goes "If a person is educated, the education of the whole nation depends on him. However, education is closely related to our self. So I think education is necessary for all. There are many educational institutions in Shekharnagar Union such as: 1. Rai Bahadur Srinath Institution,
2. Shekharnagar Girls High School, 3. No. 9 North Shekharnagar Government Primary School, 4. Ali Azgar and Abdullah Degree College etc. Besides, there are 10 primary schools.
